WCCS 2027 is an international conference and exhibition scheduled for 29–30 April 2027 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, India. By accessing the official website, registering for the event, or participating as a delegate, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Registration and Payments
All registrations and bookings are subject to confirmation by the Organisers. Participants must provide accurate information and complete payments within the specified deadlines. Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as required.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation, refund and transfer requests are subject to the applicable registration terms, exhibition agreements or sponsorship contracts. Any event postponement or cancellation will be handled in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable law.
4. Event Changes
The Organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, speakers, schedule, venue arrangements or exhibition layout when necessary. The event may be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including emergencies, government restrictions or other events beyond the Organisers' reasonable control.
5. Exhibitors and Sponsors
Exhibitors and sponsors must comply with their respective agreements, payment obligations, branding guidelines and venue regulations. All promotional materials must comply with applicable laws and receive any required approvals.
6. Intellectual Property
All WCCS website content, branding, logos, graphics and event materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
7. Privacy and Media
Personal information collected during registration will be used for event administration, communication and related purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the WCCS Privacy Policy.
Photography and video recording may take place during the event for documentation and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and consent requirements.
8. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct. The Organisers reserve the right to restrict or withdraw access in cases of misconduct, security concerns or violations of event policies, subject to applicable law.
9. Disclaimer and Liability
WCCS provides a platform for knowledge exchange, networking and business engagement. The Organisers do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes or endorse every view expressed by speakers or participants. Liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
